During the Irish housing crisis, a documentary crew follows a greedy and corrupt Landlord who claims to have solved the housing problem for college students by creating "Boxtown", accommodation for students made out of cardboard boxes located in the car park beneath their college. But is this the paradise that the Landlord would have them believe?
Nathan Gomez (born April 27, 1992) is an Indian-Irish filmmaker based in Ireland. Focused on strong storytelling and visuals, he strives to make films that feel personal no matter the narrative. Gomez studied filmmaking at Bray Institute of Further Education, where he wrote and directed the short films, Reboot (2024) and Snapshot (2025), and co-founded the production company FableHouse.
