Basil Clarke (September 26, 1913 - November 28, 2004) was an English-New Zealnder actor of the stage, film and television who at 86 won the best actor award at the Tropfest 2000 short film festival. Clarke was an actor who over his long life had three distinct careers and who never retired, remaining on his agent's books until the day he died.
