Biography

Austin Crawford is an American born actor, Ardent Advocate for Multiple System Atrophy, and the Face of MSA with the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition. Austin Crawford has become most notable for his character in Fighting MSA Austin Crawford's Story (2020) and the feature Driven to Help (2022) Born: December 1971 in Watseka, Illinois. Married to Amy Jo Hufford in 2008 Austin Crawford began his career with the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition in 2018 and continues until present day. Austin Crawford has become better known for his work in making MSA known through documentaries, television, and has went on to receive several awards. Early career Austin spent many years volunteering as a Firefighter/EMT-I for the Village of Milford, an Auxiliary Police Officer for Watseka, Illinois, a security guard/bouncer, an EMT-I for our local Level 1 tramua Hospital, and a full-time Street Supervisor for the Village of Milford consecutively for many years. Austin was also an avid motorcycle rider starting at a very early age of 7. To riding into the 75th Anniversary of Sturgis in 2015 on his motorcycle and appearing in Quick Throttle Magazine with his family. Austin was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2012 and later Multiple System Atrophy in 2017. Austin Crawford was listed as a celebrity with Rotten Tomatoes for his work on both films, Fighting MSA: Austin Crawford's Story and Driven to Help. In 2024 Austin Crawford released his first single Laying in this Bed and has been released on Spotify to Apple Music.
